さいたまスポーツコミッション（SSC）は、さいたま市及びその周辺都市でのスポーツ大会やイベントの開催を考えている皆様をサポートします！
さいたま開催のメリット「支援メニュー」
開催会場の確保・調整
さいたま市内のスポーツ施設に関する情報提供や通常では困難な予約について、ご相談やお申し込みのお手伝いをします。
財政支援
さいたま市内で開催されるスポーツイベント等を対象とし、開催規模等に応じて予算の範囲内で助成します。
行政機関への調整
スポーツイベント等の開催に必要な許認可手続きなどの調整を行います。
写真の貸出・提供
スポーツ施設など会場情報の紹介や印刷物に利用する各種写真を提供します。
広報・PR支援
スポーツイベント等の開催に際しての広報活動を支援します。
歓迎のぼりの掲出
大会参加者の本市来訪を歓迎するため、開催会場等に「のぼり」を掲出します。
土産品販売コーナー・軽食販売コーナーの設置
大会参加者の利便を図るため、開催会場に当地の土産品や軽食販売コーナーの設置・手配をお手伝いします。
看護師の派遣
大会参加者の万が一のケガに備え、開催会場に初期救護や救急車要請等の助言を行なう看護師を派遣します。
その他
スポーツイベント等の開催に関する各種相談に応じます。

一定規模以上の大会・イベント主催者様が会場選定のため、さいたま市内のスポーツ施設、宿泊施設、観光施設等を

さいたま開催に向けてのビッドペーパー作成に当たり、必要なさいたま市情報等の関係資料を提供します。
03
一定規模以上の大会・イベントの誘致に当たり、さいたま市長名の招請状を発行します。
